1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using leetshield.com (the "Site") or any service we provide, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction.

3. Services & Engagements

Specific services are governed by separate written agreements (Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements). In the event of a conflict, the executed agreement controls.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Site or our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any code we make available
• Use automated scrapers without prior written consent

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, code, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Leetshield and protected by applicable IP laws. Engagement deliverables are assigned to the client per the executed SOW.

6. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third-party sites or include third-party tooling. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and any non-engagement content are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leetshield will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Aggregate liability for direct damages is capped at the greater of US$100 or the amount paid by you to Leetshield in the prior 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leetshield from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause or notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
